Accelerated Reader (AR)

Accelerated Reader                              

 

BRYSS Students participate in the Accelerated Reader Program. Students select books at their reading level, read and independently, and take an independent test on the computer. Students earn a certain number of points based on the books length and level and their score on the test. Students will then trade in their points for prices at the AR store. 

Top Reader awards are presented every 9 weeks. Students with the highest number of points will be honored at the end of the school year.
